455 RAW DEADLIFT - 30 POUND PR
Finally passed the 450 threshold and onwards to 500! Have my first powerlifting meet coming up in about 8 weeks and looking to shoot for at least 480. Just came back from the Learn to Train Seminar at EliteFTS headquarters in Ohio and got some coaching from powerlifting legend Ed Coan!
